Roles and Responsibilities
Manage schedules with internal and external stakeholders, including vessels, in a timely manner Handle vessel operations, prioritising safe operations and bunker savings Manage communications with the vessel masters, agents, and other stakeholders Arrange for bunker, vessel repairs, and the delivery and re-delivery of vessels Monitor port situations and information, ensuring minimal vessel idling
Requirements Diploma, preferably in fields related to Transportation and Logistics 3 - 5 years of experience in liner shipping operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders Possess sense of initiative, responsiveness, and good problem-solving skills
