About the Role

Job Description

  • Lead all Culinary operations and drive departmental excellence.
  • Develop and manage the departmental team, budget, and operational SOPs.
  • Ensure delivery of FAENA luxury service standards.
  • Partner with the GM and Executive Committee on hotel-wide strategy.
  • Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards.
  • Lead pre-opening setup and team development for the department.
  • Build cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs.
  • Represent the department in Executive Committee meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in hospitality with at least 3 years at Director level in Culinary.
  • Pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred.
