The postholder will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of HR operations, maintaining compliance, and leveraging HR systems to deliver quality services.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Provide administrative support to end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and offboarding
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
