About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and daily priorities
  • Handle correspondence, calls, emails and documentation with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Liaise with internal departments, Owner’s Office, Board members and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate VIP arrangements including bookings, transfers and special requests
  • Monitor guest feedback platforms and prepare professional responses and summaries
  • Manage documentation, approvals, expenses and maintain proper filing systems
  • Support corporate events, executive activities and ensure smooth Executive Office operations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles
