About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and daily priorities
- Handle correspondence, calls, emails and documentation with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal departments, Owner’s Office, Board members and external stakeholders
- Coordinate VIP arrangements including bookings, transfers and special requests
- Monitor guest feedback platforms and prepare professional responses and summaries
- Manage documentation, approvals, expenses and maintain proper filing systems
- Support corporate events, executive activities and ensure smooth Executive Office operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
