Executive Secretary

This position has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the RAK FTZ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman Office operates in an efficient and effective manner by assisting them with a broad range of functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualifications) or preferably Master's Degree in Business Administration or Behavioral Science from a recognized and reputed college or university, with appropriate related professional experience.
• Preferably attended several training courses on the techniques of administration, public relations and basic management skills.
• About 5 years in similar or related corporations/organizations occupying advanced administrative and/or executive office support.
• Experience in maintaining an executive’s calendar and dealing with senior executives on a daily basis.
