About the Role

            Responsibilities Develop & implement QA/QC Plans, ITPs, and method Statements for HVAC systems. 
Conduct material inspections upon delivery and ensure compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and manufacturer data. 
Perform site inspections for HVAC works including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, hangers & supports. 
Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other international standards. 
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents from QA/QC perspective. 
Monitor and witness installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.). 
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients for IRs/WIRs and approvals. 
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (checklists, MIRs, WIRs/IRs, NCRs, test records, etc.).
