About the Role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support.
- Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.
- Manage both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
- Support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.
- A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.
