We’re looking fora highly organised and professional Executive Officer to provide trusted,confidential support to the Mayor and Chief Executive. This is a visible andinfluential role at the center of Council leadership, supporting governance,decision-making and community engagement.

Aboutthe Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide confidential and proactive executive support to both the Mayor and Chief Executive. You will coordinate key administrative,governance and official information processes while maintaining strongrelationships with elected members, staff, community stakeholders and externalagencies.

You’ll:

• Manage diaries,correspondence and stakeholder requests
• Coordinate meetings,briefings and follow-up actions
• Prepare communications andofficial documentation
