Role Summary:

  • To track renewal & initial payment process and resolve sales queries

  • Work with Branch/IT and ensure payment method is recorded in Talic as per agreed TAT

  • To coordinate with bank and share relevant files/documents for processing Initial & Renewal Payment

  • Preparation of MIS and circulate to relevant stakeholder

  • To coordinate with vendors & get transactions processed on time & also system enhancements

  • Process autopay & payment related transactions
