About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Track and evaluate seller operational performance
  • Assist with regular reporting and performance reviews to ensure seller KPIs are being met
  • Create and send out KPI reports to Operations leaders and other stakeholders
  • Maintain existing dashboards and design/develop new ones if necessary
  • Support in additional data research/requests, or analysis as required
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to reduce manual tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Commercial, Logistics, Customer Service, Tech) to resolve operational issues and streamline processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
    Data Analytics / Business Analytics, or other related major
  • 1-2 years working experience in an operations role within e-commerce/internet startups, manufacturing or logistics companies...
