About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign & POSM Management: Plan and execute monthly promotional themes and seasonal campaigns; oversee the production of in-store POSM, manage the printing and distribution timelines, and ensure each store has the correct collateral before the campaign Go‑Live date.
  • Creative Design: Conceptualize and collaborate with designers to create Key Visuals (KV) and various POSM assets that align with the brand identity while driving high conversion.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (Procurement, Operations, Visual Merchandiser, etc.) and external vendors.
  • Performance Measurement: Track effectiveness and campaign performance, including sales data.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports for each campaign and promotion, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis to the management team.
