Executive Kitchen Lead — Prata & Dosa Specialist

prata lahhh hougang pte. ltd. in Singapore is looking for an experienced kitchen supervisor to manage kitchen operations. You will provide hands-on support in preparing Prata, Goreng, and Dosa while ensuring adherence to recipe SOPs and managing kitchen maintenance.

Additionally, you will lead and train kitchen staff to meet high operational standards, track daily expenses, and address customer feedback effectively. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Prata Flipping is required for this role.
