• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service
• Ensure that the guest check-in/check-out, and Front Desk Operations are handled efficiently with providing the best of care and services to Resort guests
• Maintain and enforce all quality, service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Service. Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
