Executive – Fleet Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fleet operation, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, maintenance, and cost‑effectiveness to maximize operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Manage a team of fleet professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to foster a high‑performing team.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle downtime to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
