About the Role
Job Purpose
To manage and develop profitable relationship with customers under the portfolio by managing customer’s trade growth, revenues & utilization. To provide trade consultancy services to address customer’s needs and expectations, protect the Bank’s interest and to increase the Bank’s market share of the core business.
Accountabilities
- Ensure efficient, effective and high-quality delivery of trade products to all internal & external customers by constant engagement and provide advisory.
- Manage and monitor customer’s trade utilizations and business relationship of Transaction Banking customers and identify customer needs and sales opportunities by developing the suitable proposal on product, services and structure.
- Maintain excellent relationship and good support with customer through scheduled visit and calls, address customer’s requirement and propose solutions to Relationship Manager.
