Role Overview

The role will be a regional role based in Singapore, responsible for leading and growing the regional data centre capital markets business across Asia Pacific, driving transaction origination, client relationship management, and execution of strategic advisory and investment sales mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of data centre capital market transactions across the region, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, recapitalisations, and portfolio sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, REITs, developers, hyperscalers, operators, and key stakeholders within the data centre ecosystem.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and industry relationships to expand the regional data centre platform and revenue pipeline.
