Job Description

Role Purpose

Facilitate the business development strategy within the boundaries of the existing operation to sustain and enhance the value of the Groups’ overall business performance.

Main Accountabilities

Strategic Planning & Alignment

• Identify and develop new potential business opportunities in supporting business planning functions for existing and new potential strategies, partnerships and alliances of existing operation i.e., managed services (facilities management, parking operation management and project management services) to ensure the highest probability of success rate.
• Evaluate and analyze proposals by external parties on proposed collaboration / new business opportunities for providing necessary recommendations to the Management strategic business decision.
