Job Title: Executive Chef

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 1100 AED/month

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen to ensure consistent quality of food production and high level of customer service.
• Create menus and develop new recipes.
• Order supplies and manage purchasing.
• Manage staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar position.
• Experience working with international cuisines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
