Position: Executive Chef
Location: El-Fujairah
Salary: AED 1200 per month

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and manage a team of kitchen staff.
• Create and maintain high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
• Develop new recipes and maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure kitchen staff are trained, supervised, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Order ingredients in accordance with budget requirements and ensure timely completion of all orders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional chef experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited culinary institution.
• Open to considering foreign applicants with proven cooking experience abroad and relevant certifications.
