About the Role

**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef** for **St Luke's** **Portneuf** **Hospital** in **Pocatello, ID.** The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this medical center including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in culinary trends, food quality, and presentation.

+ implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
+ manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff

+ create menus based on client needs
+ implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
