About the Role

As the executive assistant to the CEO you will provide high level administrative support typically focusing on managing the executives daily operations communications and priorities. The position demands professionalism confidentiality and the capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s agenda
  • Organize CEO’s business trips
  • Plan and coordinate executive events and meetings
  • Prepare materials for meetings and budget
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Manage various documents as requested by the CEO
  • Write various letters and communications
  • Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Process expense reports and handle administrative tasks
  • Provide support to other functions when needed
