Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Blossom Commerce is the fast‑growing Malaysian pet‑care company behind JJANGX3 , a smart‑premium cat care brand sold nationwide through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and a distributor network across Malaysia. We’ve more than doubled in the past year and we’re scaling hard — new channels, new markets, big plans.

The role

You’ll be the CEO’s right hand — the person who turns decisions into done. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: keep everything moving. You’ll own follow‑through across the company so the founder can focus on growth.

What you’ll do

• Track key projects and KPIs across teams; chase, unblock and follow up until things are done
• Coordinate hiring and HR admin (job postings, interviews, onboarding, payroll support)
• Handle ecommerce pricing submissions and platform reporting
• Manage licenses, permits and government/agency submissions end‑to‑end
