About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive executive support to three Directors.
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Prepare, interpret, and compile professional reports and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Oversee office management functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.
Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven 8 - 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or directors.
Strong report writing, analytical, and report interpretation skills.
Excellent diary management and organisational abilities.
Previous office management experience is essential.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
