About the Role

General Description : The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities to a department or managers below the executive level. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, coordinating site visits, ordering office supplies, and record keeping.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides secretarial/administrative support to incumbents at the Executive level.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Receives screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email while exercising discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications associated the senior executive's activities.
  • Maintains files, records and calendars, typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and tracks expenses.
