About the Role
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as workshops, orientations, competitions, and social activities
Manage event logistics including venue booking, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners
Promote events through various channels (email, social media, school networks)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree holder in any discipline
Able to communicate effectively with all parties
