About the Role

            Responsibilities  Oversee the entire lighting setup, ensuring flawless execution of lighting designs and effects for each event. 
Collaborate closely with event organizers, designers, and other technical teams to understand and fulfill lighting requirements. 
Manage and maintain lighting equipment, including inventory, maintenance, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. 
Program and operate lighting consoles, crafting dynamic lighting cues that enhance the event's atmosphere and impact. 
Supervise and train lighting technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. 
Conduct site surveys and pre-production meetings to assess lighting needs and develop effective lighting plans.
