Events Coordinator

Overview

The Agent Coordinator will handle the company’s referral marketing program and manage a team of agents responsible for generating leads and referrals for the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

I. Sales Force Program

• Manage lead generation applications targeting WFH seekers and existing Pacific employees.

II. Agent Coordinator

• Utilize existing data to contact agents and promote awareness of the referral program.
• Increase customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Encourage customers to provide high-quality referrals with higher conversion potential.
• Streamline and optimize the referral process for ease of participation.
• Measure and track program effectiveness, making necessary improvements.
