About the Role
**Event Coordinator / Development Coordinator**
**Position Summary:**
+ Manage all donor communications and inquiries to secure funding.
+ Collaborate with volunteer planning committees for team recruitment, logistics, marketing, and event support.
+ Provide administrative and coordination assistance for communications, website updates, and office operations.
+ Support event planning, execution, and material preparation with event managers.
+ Manage material inventory, order supplies, and track deliveries and signage.
+ Process confidential donations, prepare gift acknowledgments, and maintain data accuracy and reports.
+ Supervise and train assigned volunteers.
+ Coordinate direct mail, fundraising, donor cultivation, recognition activities, and special events.
