EU Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities This is a senior operations manager role, with responsibility for leading our UK and wider EU business operations.

In this role, you will focus on making our team more efficient to support our business growth.

You will also manage a junior team member, guiding their daily work while you focus on projects like staffing, that are critical for our business to succeed.

The roles and responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include, but are not limited to the following: ● Local (UK) Office and Team Management: (50%) ○ Supervising and mentoring the team’s Operations Specialist, empowering them to deliver against daily office tasks and operations while providing guidance on their professional growth ○ Driving excellence in our workspace by expertly sourcing and managing vendors, utilizing stellar communication skills as the pivotal contact point.
