Position Summary

We are seeking a Construction Cost Estimator to prepare complete project estimates for medium-sized, moderately complex projects across multiple construction disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project documentation, and supporting the overall estimating process. This role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior estimators and project stakeholders.
