A highly established commercial fitout contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support their internal demolition and strip-out division.

The business delivers high-quality commercial fitouts across sectors including office, retail and hospitality, and operates a dedicated demolition and strip-out team that prepares spaces for refurbishment and new fitouts.

With a strong pipeline of projects and ongoing repeat clients, they are looking for an estimator to prepare competitive tenders for internal demolition and strip-outs across a range of commercial environments.

The Role:

You will work closely with the project and delivery teams to understand project scope and pricing requirements, managing projects from initial pricing through to tender submission and handover.
