Duties and Responsibilities

:
  • Primary point of contact for the Civil Estimating Department.

  • Monitor the estimating inbox and direct incoming communications appropriately.

  • Performing preliminary research and creating packages for review.

  • Download, organize and maintain tender documents and electronic bid folders.

  • Maintain the bid board with new opportunities, deadlines and tender requirements.

  • Track, file and communicate addenda and document revisions with the team.

  • Save and distribute supplier and subcontractor quotations for estimator review.

  • Maintain various tracking sheets in excel and other software.

  • Provide general administrative and document control support to the estimating team.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet constantly changing deadlines.
