Estate Manager (HEPS)

Your responsibilities include developing, administering, and reviewing systems and e-services to support operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and drive digital transformation. You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions as part of an agile product team to design, develop and revamp an internal IT system. You will also be enhancing the existing portal and systems to support the implementation of new or revised policies, digital initiatives, and streamlined flat purchase processes and procedures.

During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership.
