Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of custom applications utilizing Workday Extend, ensuring seamless integration with Workday's core functionalities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design blueprints.
• Develop and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices and architectural design, ensuring alignment with Workday’s guidelines and standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Workday Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers, to ensure the successful delivery of custom applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to development standards across all projects.
