To support our HR Services team we are searching for a Equity Compensation Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
End-to-End Ownership: Manage and execute our global LTI and ESPP programs across multiple jurisdictions.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to NYSE, SEC, SOX and corporate regulations, tax laws, and global compliance frameworks.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors to manage plan administration, reporting, and compliance.Employee Communication & Engagement: Develop communication materials and training sessions to enhance understanding and participation in equity programs.Data & Analytics: Provide insights on program effectiveness, cost impact, and market competitiveness.Operational Efficiency: Manage grant cycles, vesting schedules, tradi...
