Job Description
1. Cross-Plant Equipment and Process Inspection
- To tour the three plants to assess the operational efficiency of key equipment
- To identify capacity bottlenecks and potential energy consumption issues 2. Introduction of External New Technologies and Green Energy Information
- To continuously collect information on new equipment and automated processes
- To observe energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies in the market
- To conduct preliminary feasibility and return on investment (ROI) assessments
- To plan specific improvement plans for each plant 3. Internal Best Practice Replication
- To coordinate with engineering and equipment supervisors from all three plants
- To standardize and promote successful improvement practices across plants
