Equipment Sourcing & Vendor Capacity Lead

As the Equipment Sourcing & Vendor Capacity Lead, you will oversee sourcing strategies and supplier capacity planning for both production and non‐production equipment critical to a major factory expansion.
Your day includes evaluating supplier capacity, coordinating equipment procurement, monitoring vendor performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring all equipment and materials are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
You will work closely with global Supply Chain, Engineering, and Project Management teams to secure reliable suppliers, support ramp‐up activities, and ensure continuity of operations while driving cost‐effective and high‐quality sourcing decisions.
