Your mission is to develop and implement regional sales & marketing strategy and initiatives and achieve sales target in responsible territory and maximize company's profits.

Job description

1. Sales Target Achievement 销售目标达成：

Achieve or exceed assigned individual sales targets (quota) for products, projects, and revenue.

Develop and execute a detailed personal sales plan aligned with the regional business strategy.

制定并执行与区域业务战略相符的详细个人销售计划。

2. Project Hunting & Management 项目挖掘与管理：

Proactively identify and qualify new project opportunities within target industries.

在目标行业内，主动寻找并筛选新的项目机会。

Manage the entire project sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
