**Equipment Assembler**
**Location: Kansas City, MO**
**Summary:**
The Equipment Assembler will be responsible for up-fitting and customizing vehicles to specifications. Position will be working with aerial, construction equipment, and heavy & light duty trucks. He/she must be willing to learn and have a strong attendance record.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Performing necessary assembly and disassembly of body and equipment, such as removal of fasteners, welded components, tie downs, removing hydraulic hoses, and all other assembly/disassembly related activities within company guidelines.
+ Building and customizing heavy & light duty vehicles with a variety of parts to specs
+ Maintaining accurate records of work performed on each vehicle daily, as required, to establish labor hours for vehicle costs
+ Moving parts into position, manually or with hoists, cranes, or forklifts.
