About the Role
**Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| Hybrid Position- 60/40- Onsite/Remote**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Principal trainers (PTs) work with the training manager, application coordinators, and application managers to develop and maintain the training program for the roles in their application. PTs for applications that train clinicians also work with specialty champions and nurse champions. You will report to the Epic IT Training Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will develop role‐based training content, independently or with team members, using a variety of software programs, tools, and applications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
3. Maintaining policy and procedure documentation. Incorporating feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures.
