Your responsibilities

• Manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses
• Keep up-to-date with market intelligence to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates
• Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders
• Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received from suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements
• Serve as the point of contact for suppliers during the Tender process and contract negotiation
• Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approval requests and Purchase Orders
• Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management
