**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking an experienced **Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1** **to support a hospital in the San Fernando Valley** , overseeing daily custodial operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style, and the ability to guide frontline teams while maintaining high standards of service and sanitation. This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday on the first shift, with occasional weekend coverage as operational needs arise.
