*This is an in-office position based out of our location in North Andover, MA*TSD Mobility Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our expanding team! In this role, youu2019ll work alongside dedicated IT professionals to provide comprehensive in-house technical support for our associates, focusing on both PC hardware and software.Your primary responsibilities will include responding to user calls and tickets to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain end-user workstations. Beyond workstation support, youu2019ll also manage network devices, VoIP systems, Active Directory accounts, and email administration, as well as support a variety of applications.
