Enterprise Technology Business Platforms Analyst

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an intermediate Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery, improvement, and governance of enterprise platforms across IT, Finance, HR, CRM, Media, and Operations. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, making it ideal for someone who understands systems, processes, and data.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements across enterprise platforms and transformation projects. Map business processes, identify system gaps and recommend improvements. Support ERP, HR , CRM, media operations, reporting, workflow and AI-enabled business initiatives. Coordinate UAT, testing, issue tracking, business sign-off and change readiness.
