Role: Enterprise Systems Manager | Leading University — Location: Aylesbury - 3 days a week onsite — Salary: 48,000 - £58,000 — Sector: Non-Profit, Higher Education — Benefits: LGPS - up to 18%, 30 days annual leave + bank holidays and university closure over Christmas

We’re partnering with a university that is going through an exciting period in their digital journey. We're hiring an Enterprise Systems Manager in a player‑coach role for someone who wants to lead a team, shape systems, and stay close to the technical detail.
