The Data Connect team is a sub‑team of Digital Connect responsible for enabling strategic use of data and systems across The Salvation Army. It supports governance, integration and insight generations to ensure enterprise platforms like Salesforce and TechnologyOne deliver value across Finance, HR, Supporter Engagement and Fundraising (SEF) and other mission‑critical functions.

About the Role

The Enterprise Systems Lead works collaboratively across departments to align system integration, user experience and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
