About The Role We are looking for a driven Enterprise Partnerships Manager to spearhead corporate deal-making across our portfolio of accredited training programmes. You will own the full business development cycle — from identifying high-value prospects to signing enterprise agreements — with a focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies that can benefit from our IBF-accredited curriculum. What you'll do Prospect & pipeline management — Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leads across banking, fintech, insurance, and capital markets. IBF & regulatory leverage — Articulate the value of IBF accreditation and funding pathways (e.g. STS) to HR, L&D, and compliance decision-makers. End-to-end deal closing — Lead discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to bring enterprise training contracts to signature.
