The Enterprise Account Manager will drive growth by developing and retaining high-value fuel customers. This role focuses on large-scale or strategically important relationships. It involves managing enterprise-level customer relationships through regular meetings, calls and development of group opportunities. Building growth within the portfolio through additional opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small select portfolio of our largest fuel clients; covering all their needs.
  • Complete regular business reviews and face-to-face meetings with all clients. Including arranging meetings and scheduling travel.
  • Champion use of Salesforce CRM to record activity and all information accurately in relation to accounts.
  • Work with colleagues to provide collaborative solutions to achieve high penetration of non-fuel products into the portfolio.
