your responsibilities will include:

·Deliver safe, evidence based, high standards of nursing care to our cardiac patients under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN

·Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support and provide exceptional patient care needs

·Act as a role model for Safe Practice in accordance with hospital policy and procedures

·Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy

·Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development

·Provide exceptional patient care for patients both pre and post Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiothoracic surgery

Essential Criteria:

·Authority to Work in Australia

·Working with Children check

·Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA

·Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

·12 months experience in cardiac nursing is essential
