About the Role

  1. Co-ordinate the clinical/health care needs for residents and ensure care needs are met.
  2. Assist with the development and maintenance of clinical documentation, assessment, and care planning.
  3. Provide direction/advise/supervision to care staff, regarding individual care needs of residents.
  4. Oversee medication management policy (orders, administration, pharmacy follow up, advise to PCA's)
  5. Conduct self medication assessments.
  6. Maintain good communication and morale between all staff.
  7. Attend complex/technical and nursing procedures where necessary.
  8. Assist with GP rounds.
